Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! Click here to go to Tyngas blog.
eBooks
We Were Liars / E Lockhart / The Alice Network / Kate Quinn / The Geography of You and Me / Jennifer E Smith / Salt to the Sea / Ruta Sepetys
I am excited that two of these are historical fictions. Ever since reading Between Shades of Gray by Sepetys I wanted to pick up another of her books. Finally, it was my turn with the eBook copy from the library (don’t you love the fact that you can virtually borrow books from the library?). I have no idea what The Alice Network is about other than it is a new release and that it is a historical fiction. The name alone intrigues me. The other two are just YA reads that I was hoping to read inbetween more serious ones.
Cookbooks
I have had this cookbook on hold for about 2 months and finally it arrived in my virtual shelf. And today just so happens to be grocery shopping day so I can’t wait to peruse through some of these recipes before I go out and grab the ingredients!
What have you added to your shelves this week?

I’m a fan of historical fiction too, especially if set during World War I and II. The Alice Network is in my TBR pile. Ruta Sepetys is an author I’ve not heard of before so will be checking her books out.
Happy reading!

Ruta Sepetys is a great historical fiction writer! I just started The Alice Network this morning and I am loving it so far. WWI and WWII is one of my favourite time periods to read about!

Both were great quick reads! I hope you like them when you get to them 🙂 I find they were perfect filler books for when you don`t want to be thinking too much 🙂
