Review: This is the third book I’ve read by the author duo and I can say that this is my favourite one by far. I got so wrapped up in Shay’s storyline and the intertwining of all the other female characters. I could not put this book down! It’s fast-paced, strangely plausible, and I did not pick up on that twist when it happened.

I don’t want to go into too much detail with my review as I don’t want to give anything away. Unfortunately, I perused some reviews after finishing this novel to see what others opinions were and key details of the plot and twist were given away. Spoilers aren’t fun! If you read the other books by these two you’ll be blown away by this one.

22 seconds is all it takes to send your life down a completely different path! Scary to think about and will have me keeping that thought in the back of my mind for a while. I can’t wait to hear what others think as well as to pick up the next book by Pekkanen and Hendricks!
