The Zookeeper’s Wife / Diane Ackerman
These are the books that I have accumulated over the past 2 weeks. I can’t wait to finish them. I just recently finished Homegoing and it was amazing. Bloom by Estee was a nice easy read. Zookeeper’s Wife on audio is a little odd for me and I am not sure if it was the right medium for me to take in the book. I love historical fiction though so I am hoping it gets a bit better. I want to finish it before I see the movie. I hate seeing movies before books! I just started Geekerella which is probing to be an entertaining, YA, light read before I dive into more serious novels. As always, a volume of Saga is great to have on hand. I don’t want to read it just yet because I know there are only so many volumes out now and I want to savour it as long as possible but it is due back at the library in the next 2 weeks!

I loved loved loved Homegoing. What an impressive debut novel…What did you think of the ending? I almost felt like it was too neatly wrapped up, but I still thought it was an excellent book. Would love to hear others’ thoughts on it!

Ooooo, I have Still Life With Tornado! I got an ARC of it last year but never got around to reading it. I’ve heard great things about A.S. King’s books though. I hope you enjoy all of your new books!
