Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish.
This week the topic is books you have read in one sitting or the shortest books you have read. I love this idea. I love hearing about shorter books because I like to put those on the back burner for when a reading slump happens and I want to get myself back into reading. Also I love hearing about books that have been read in one sitting because that means they were so good you could not put it down! I am going to do a mix of these two. Here is what is on my list!
Wenjack by Joseph Boyden
All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
Saga: Vol 1 by Brian K Vaughan
The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman
Horrorstor by Grady Hendrix
It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover
A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness
Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
I could only come up with 9 for my list but I know after I start visiting other blogs another one will pop up. I will add them after this paragraph if I do!
Enjoy your Tuesday!

Horrorstor has been on my TBR list forever. I’m probably going to move it up list sooner than I thought, lol.

You read All The Light We Cannot See in one sitting? Go you! I really want to read it this year but it will take me more like a week. LOL

I think it’s because the chapters are at most 5 pages long. It really helps with the speed process. Beautiful book. I hope you enjoy it!

The struggle of not having enough time but having copious amounts of really great books on your TBR. Horrorstor is a quirky quick read. I hope you enjoy it when you pick it up. I am also excited to see how Everything, Everything is portrayed on the big screen 🙂

I should have thought of Everything, Everything – I could NOT put that book down, and the beautiful little illustrations scattered throughout speed it up too.
Still need to read A Monster Calls… I should get to that soon!

I recommend the illustrated edition if you can get your hands on it! I felt like it added to the emotion and atmosphere of the novel.

I just started the series after hearing about it for years. I’ve only read Volume 1 but it is SO good. I hope you like once you pick it up!

I’ve heard “All The Light We Cannot See” is a fabulous read though other than recognizing its cover, I’m not sure I’ve read much about it. Oh, and I cannot wait to read “Everything, Everything”! Especially in light of its film trailer, which looks great. 🙂
Thanks so much for visiting Finding Wonderland, Danica.

If you love historical fiction I definitely recommend ‘All The Light We Cannot See’ 🙂 I can’t wait to see how Everything, Everything pans out on the screen. I am glad I read it before seeing the casting of the movie because I like to visualize them for myself.
Thanks for coming over!
