Top 5 Wednesday | Best Suggested Book You Loved

Top 5 Wednesday was created by Lainey! Click here to check out the Goodreads group.
This weeks T5W is best suggested books you loved (books that were recommended to you). This took a lot of thinking but I realized their are a lot of books that people have suggested to me. I usually end up liking them too.
1. House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielski
from Goodreads
Boyfriend recommended this book to me back in the day. It took a while to get through it as I was not used to the type of writing style but, I absolutely loved it! I would recommend it to those who love different writing styles, mystery, horror, thriller and just great story telling.

2. Slammed by Colleen Hoover
from Goodreads
This was the first Colleen Hoover book I’ve ever read. Someone on Tumblr was raving about it so I had to buy it for my kobo. I ugly sobbed while reading it. Worse than The Fault in Our Stars.
3. Bared to You by Sylvia Day
from Goodreads
Yes it one of those “erotic romance” novels. Better than Fifty Shades. I enjoyed it. Moving on.
4. Stolen (A Letter to my Captor) by Lucy Christopher
from Goodreads
Holy moly! On Tumblr one night I asked people for book recommendations and this was one of them. I read the synopsis and was intrigued. A book written by an abductee to their abductor… what?
It happened like this. I was stolen from an airport. Taken from everything I knew, everything I was used to. Taken to sand and heat, dirt and danger. And he expected me to love him.

This is my story.

A letter from nowhere.

5. Recommend me a book! I can’t think of a 5th book that’s been recommended so why don’t you recommend a book in the comments below!
